Berry Blast Protein
Shake/Smoothie

INGREDIENTS :-

  • 3/4 cup fresh berries (blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, or mixed berry)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup cold fruit juice of your choice 
  • 2 scoops Groviva® powder

Preparation :-

Put all the berries, yogurt, banana, and fruits in a food processor or a blender and blend the ingredients until the consistency becomes smooth. Add Groviva ® powder and stir well. Finally, add a few ice cubes and serve.
