Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fresh berries (blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, or mixed berry)
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt , 1/2 a banana
  • 1/2 cup cold fruit juice of your choice
  • 2 scoops Groviva® powder
 

Preparation

Put berries, yoghurt, banana, and fruit juice in a food processor or blender and blend until it is your desired consistency. Add Groviva® powder and stir. For a thicker shake or if you use fresh berries add a few ice cubes.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 1 ripe medium banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh/frozen blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yoghurt
  • 2 tsp honey (optional)
  • 2 scoops Groviva® powder
  • 1 cup ice

Preparation

Combine orange juice, banana, berries, yoghurt, and crushed ice in a blender; cover and blend until smooth and frothy. Add Groviva® powder. Sweeten with honey, if desired. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 225g fat-free yoghurt
  • 70g baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh/frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 2 scoops of Groviva® powder
 

Preparation

Blend yoghurt and baby spinach together in a blender until spinach is finely chopped. Add blueberries, pineapple, raspberries and water; blend until smooth. Add Groviva® powder and stir. Add crushed ice and serve.
