Banana Smoothie

  • Ingredients
    • 1 Cup of cold Milk
    • 1 Diced Banana
    • 1 Tbsp Honey
    • 2 to 3 Crushed Almonds
    • 2 Scoops Groviva Vanilla or Mango Flavour
  • Method
    • Put all the ingredients except crushed almonds in a big bowl.
    • Use a hand blender to mix all the ingredients well.
    • Pour in a glass and garnish with crushed almonds.
  • Serve it to your child for a yummy and nutritious way to beat the summer heat.
