
Banana Smoothie
- Ingredients
- 1 Cup of cold Milk
- 1 Diced Banana
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 2 to 3 Crushed Almonds
- 2 Scoops Groviva Vanilla or Mango Flavour
- Method
- Put all the ingredients except crushed almonds in a big bowl.
- Use a hand blender to mix all the ingredients well.
- Pour in a glass and garnish with crushed almonds.
- Serve it to your child for a yummy and nutritious way to beat the summer heat.
